| Editorial Guidleines |
For the most part, articles should meet the following standards:
1. Research or Theory-based
Articles will focus on recent research or theoretical advances within the broad area of organizational psychology, typically on leadership, team functioning and Positive Organizational Scholarship/Behaviour.
2. Practical
After reviewing the article, chapter or book, potential applications of the information should be proposed.
3. Brief
The goal will be to write brief articles, using bullet points whenever possible to provide the information quickly and efficiently. Each article will provide the reference(s) for readers who want more details.
If you would like to submit an article to Positive Search, or have an topic idea, please email me and I will look at including it in an upcoming issue.
